Senior Producer

The Role

  • Lead, organise and motivate a multi-discipline game team to deliver world class games, ensuring the team deliver roadmap and product goals on time and budget

  • Experience leading production for a f2p mobile game within a game team in all stages from concept through to live ops

  • Effective at bringing order from chaos, excellent prioritisation and decision making skills, dealing with ambiguity effectively

  • Ensure project goals are understood, create and track production plans and reports, ensuring everyone is clear and motivated to deliver on our goals

  • Highly capable and experienced in Agile SCRUM and both long and short-term project scheduling and delivery.

  • Effective and influential communicator, collaborator, and meeting facilitator

  • Driving consistent improvement of team efficiency and our ways of working to drive high performance within our team. 

  • Foster a culture of can-do attitude, knowledge sharing and continual improvement within the team, where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities

  • Identify, communicate and resolve risks and issues before they occur, owning and resolving development issues and blockers

  • Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure releases are well defined, clearly communicated and well managed.

  • Experienced with leading distributed development teams and managing third party suppliers is highly beneficial

  • Budget management and tracking

  • Keep the team and stakeholders up to date with project plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration at all levels
