Senior Product Manager

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to take responsibility for the performance of Longleaf Valley to deliver a market leading Merge-2 game. Responsibilities include:
Define clear product goals and be the owner for retention, monetisation and LTV key metrics that meets or exceeds the business objectives.
Define and own an ambitious product roadmap including driving delivery, ensuring a good blend of fun but ultimately retention and monetisation.
Work closely with key stakeholders eg Game Director (on product vision and implementation of company mission), Creative Director (on having enough fun elements) and Producer (on the balance between moving fast and the right quality).
Create and manage a live ops calendar to bring players to the game day after day.
Own and regularly provide clear reports to stakeholders and the wider team that communicate the performance of the game, key opportunities and issues and how you plan to address them.
Define hypotheses then devise and run AB tests that allow you to maximise and optimise key metrics performance.
Retrieve via SQL and analyse data (inc qualitative insight and competitive analysis) to make recommendations and decisions based on game performance.
Become an expert on our players, understanding them through both qualitative and quantitative data.
You are knowledgeable about the casual mobile market, identifying trends and opportunities.
Your skills and experience
Experience leading business performance for a f2p mobile game in all stages from concept through to live ops
Track record of product management on a f2p game, improving KPIs and delivering features and live ops that significantly grow the business of your game
Ability to create business cases and model different business scenarios
Experienced in estimating the impact of changes to the game and prioritising the backlog
Highly analytical you can interrogate data and share clear findings
Strong problem solving skills with unique ability to look at large complex data sets and formulate conclusions
Strong passion for games and creating fun, compelling and addictive player experiences
Effective and influential communicator, influencer and collaborator
Proactive ambitious and driven with a positive attitude and a love for problem solving
